Support Group for Managing Adverse Experiences



If you’ve been through an adverse experience, you may feel invisible, profoundly misunderstood, and isolated. You might be convinced that no one can truly understand what you’ve been through. But the truth is, you are not alone in this struggle.


The psychotherapy group for adverse experiences is an invitation to reconnect. Here you will find a sacred space, a “tribe” of your own, where every story is heard with empathy and respect. Under my guidance, you’ll discover that your burden, when shared, becomes much lighter.

Within this group, we will use scientifically proven principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand and overcome your blockages. We won’t focus only on the pain, but also on solutions.

  • You will learn concrete emotional regulation techniques to cope with stress and regain control over your reactions.
  • You will build new coping strategies that will give you confidence in your ability to navigate difficult moments.
  • You will see how the fear of being vulnerable disappears, replaced by a sense of safety and belonging.
